The Sitting Woman

Creative title, no?

So I went to a drop-in life drawing class for the first time last month.
It was quite fun, but also kinda daunting 'cause I rarely draw people and all the other artist were so much better than me aha.  But the artist hosting the life drawing class was very helpful giving me a few pointers on proportion.

There were a few "quick rounds" where you had only 2, 5 or 10 minutes to finish (those were really shocking so not uploading those )

This was the final piece for the day with a 40 minute pose. The feet, leg, and hands are weird but overall I think it came out quite well for my first shot drawing humans like this.  

I am actually really nervous to post this because it is so different from the art I normally post.....
